Investors in People (IIP)

IIP Interactive provides a new innovative approach to working with Investors in People, whether you are committed, recognised or just interested in developing your business.

Responding to the ever growing need for the cost–effective delivery of tailored information and advice about the Standard, IIP Interactive is available online.  It is a key source, not only of everything you need to know about the Investors in People Standard, but also about the management techniques and approaches you can adopt to achieve (and retain) recognition.

IIP Interactive will provide a wide range of downloads of good practice, case studies, hints and tips and other materials relevant to the kind of effective management which is needed to be recognised as an Investor in People.

Although the learning material will be anchored by the Standard, it is designed to be of interest to the general user. As a result, it revolves around the five key management practices:

• Effective Management
• Culture & Communication
• Managing Performance
• Developing People

A range of Employer Workshops have been developed to sit alongside these and they can be found and booked online via our Events and Workshops page. Remember, if your organisation has made a commitment to Investors in People under the LSC Contract, you will be entitled to one free delegate place on any or all of this series of workshops.
