Established in 2001, the CQL Group is licensed by Investors in People UK to deliver its assessment, recognition and associated services within the M25 area. We also embrace all other areas of employee and organisation development, and have an established and accomplished reputation for delivering excellent service.

We work with organisations from all sectors and our clients range from small charities to prestigious multinationals, major government departments and agencies to small businesses, local authorities and schools.

As the Investors in People Quality Centre for London, we are committed to delivering a fair and rigorous assessment and post recognition review service. We are also licensed to undertake both Lexcel and SFEDI assessment.

Our profits are re–invested into the company so we can continue to develop ways of ensuring long term competitiveness and success for your business. We also practice what we preach – we are an Investor in People, ISO 9001 registered and accredited against the Customer First Standard.
